RETIRED ZAF COLONEL NOLASCO CHILANDO DIES
The Zambia Air Force (ZAF) has announced the death of retired Colonel Nolasco Kaoma Chilando, who passed away today, 27th July 2026, at Maina Soko Medical Centre after an illness.
Zambia Air Force Commander Lieutenant General Oscar Msitu Nyoni has conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the Chilando family, relatives, friends and the entire Air Force family during this period of mourning.
ZAF says details of the funeral service and burial arrangements will be communicated in due course.
