ECZ PROMISES TRANSPARENT DELIMITATION.

The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has assured stakeholders of a transparent and inclusive delimitation process as it works to allocate 70 new constituencies across the country. ECZ chairperson Mwanga Zaloumis has appealed for patience, saying the commission remains committed to fairness and will continue providing timely updates on its progress.

Speaking during a press briefing in Mongu, Western Province, at the close of the provincial delimitation sittings, Mrs. Zaloumis said all submissions made to the commission will be given due consideration. She emphasized that the process is being conducted openly to ensure public confidence and participation.

Mrs. Zaloumis further noted that contributions from stakeholders have already played a key role in shaping the exercise, which is aimed at achieving fair, equitable, and representative delimitation outcomes for all Zambians.
