Moscow, September 2025
The World Public Assembly will host the final ceremony of the International Festival of Creativity “Children of the World: Time to Be Friends”, bringing together young talents, cultural leaders, and international partners in celebration of creativity, dialogue, and friendship.
Held from March to August 2025, the Festival united children and teenagers aged 5 to 15, with the goals of developing creative skills, fostering intercultural dialogue, and strengthening bonds among children across national, cultural, and social backgrounds.
The event’s organizers emphasize that art plays a vital role in tolerance and mutual understanding. They believe such initiatives foster youth engagement in public diplomacy and contribute to building future international relations.
The roundtable discussion during the Assembly will review the Festival’s results under three key themes:
-
The role of art in shaping multifaceted personalities.
-
Art as a foundation for international cooperation.
-
Preserving cultural heritage in the era of globalization.

“Society needs a creative person, an intellectual personality, a gifted individual. If beauty saves the world, then art and creativity can change it for the better and help form strong, multifaceted personalities.”
The festival’s jury was chaired by Irina Markova-Chagall, artist, poet, public figure, and great-niece of Marc Chagall. The Festival is also supported by Maria Lvova-Belova, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights, who has been invited as a guest speaker.
