NIPA student nabbed for cocaine trafficking
he Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) in Lusaka has arrested a female student from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) and two members of the same family for trafficking in cocaine.
Judy Lungu, 24 a student at NIPA, has been arrested and jointly charged with Ruth Ng’ambi, 23 and her brother William Musenge Ng’ambi, 25, for trafficking in the narcotic substance weighing 65 grammes.
DEC Public Relations Officer Theresa Katongo confirmed the three suspects were apprehended in Lusaka's Makeni area.
