International Youth Festival 2026 Set to Unite Global Youth in Russia

The International Youth Festival 2026 is expected to bring together thousands of young people from across the world in a powerful celebration of unity, innovation, and global cooperation. Scheduled to take place from September 11 to 17, 2026, the city of Ekaterinburg will host approximately 10,000 participants from nearly 190 countries, all aged between 14 and 35 years.

The festival aims to create a platform where young people can engage in meaningful dialogue and contribute to shaping the future. Participants will come from diverse fields such as science and technology, entrepreneurship, media, creative industries, IT, sports, and public administration. Through this diversity, the event seeks to encourage collaboration and the exchange of ideas among future professionals and leaders.

An exciting and rich program has been planned for attendees. It will feature more than 50 different formats, including discussions, workshops, and practical sessions. In addition, the festival will focus on seven key areas: people, technology, culture, urban environment, logistics and communication, health, and quality of life. Speaking at the presentation of the festival, Sergey Lavrov highlighted the importance of youth engagement on a global scale. He noted that young people from around the world are eager to connect, learn from one another, and explore new opportunities that could shape their future paths. He added that the festival’s program is designed to promote friendship, trust, and mutual understanding among nations.
