ICU TV Partners with HEA as Official Media Partner for Higher Education Indaba 2025

            Lusaka, Zambia – September 18, 2025
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) has announced that the Information and Communications University (ICU) Television (ICU TV) will serve as the Official Media Partner for the Inaugural Higher Education Indaba 2025, to be held from 8–10 October 2025 at Avani Victoria Falls Resort in Livingstone.
The Indaba, themed “Unlocking Zambia’s Potential Through New Investments in Quality Higher Education,” will convene over 400 delegates from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), industry, cooperating partners, civil society, and other strategic stakeholders to discuss transformative investments in higher education.
Under this partnership, ICU TV will provide end-to-end media coverage, including professional photography, live streaming, and video production of all major sessions — from the opening ceremony and keynote address to panel discussions and exhibitions. ICU will also deliver daily highlights across Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms, amplifying the event’s reach and ensuring that conversations extend beyond Livingstone to a national and global audience.
“This collaboration is a testament to the power of Higher Education Institutions working together to elevate national dialogue,” said a spokesperson from HEA. “With ICU’s media expertise and HEA’s convening power, the Indaba will not only connect leaders in Livingstone but inspire thousands online.”
ICU, which currently offers 28 accredited learning programs, is well-positioned to deliver quality and impactful coverage that captures the essence of this historic gathering.
