First World Public Assembly to Convene in Moscow on International Day of Peace

Moscow, Russia – On September 20–21, 2025, the First World Public Assembly (WPA) will take place at the World Trade Center in Moscow. The international humanitarian forum, organized by the World Peoples Assembly, is dedicated to the International Day of Peace.

The event will serve as a large-scale communication platform, bringing together leaders of public diplomacy, representatives of civil society, cultural and scientific communities, international organizations, and humanitarian initiatives from more than 140 countries.

The business program includes a plenary session, seven panel sessions, and more than 40 thematic platforms focusing on key areas such as:

  • Strategic Partnership and Public Diplomacy
  • Humanitarian Modernization: Man as the Center of the Future
  • New World Values
  • Spiritual and Cultural Unity and Service to Values
  • Responsibility as the Basis of the Future

Special events will complement the program, including:

  • International Media Forum “Media in Service to Humanity”
  • Youth Forum “Generation of Unity”
  • International Public Forum “The Victor-Countries: Lesson of World War II and Responsibility for Peace”
  • Congress of the World Organization of Writers (WOW)

The assembly will also feature the final of the International Contest “Leaders of Public Diplomacy” and the awarding ceremony of the “Trust and Unity” grants contest for the implementation of international humanitarian projects.

One of the central moments of the forum will be the presentation of the World Public Recognition Award “For Service to Humanity”, honoring exceptional contributions to strengthening international peace, trust, humanitarian cooperation, and service to humanity.
