ICU TV Media’s Grace Chipepo and Mapalo Kasama Graduate from Young Women Lead Zambia Program

ICU TV proudly congratulates Grace Chipepo and Mapalo Kasama, two of our dedicated media team members, on their successful graduation from the Young Women Lead Zambia program.

The Young Women Lead (YWL) Zambia initiative is a transformative leadership and empowerment program designed to equip young women with the skills, confidence, and networks they need to thrive in leadership roles across various sectors. Through a series of mentorship sessions, skills-building workshops, and practical engagements, YWL nurtures the next generation of female changemakers in Zambia.

Grace and Mapalo’s journey through the program has been marked by a deep commitment to self-growth, social impact, and amplifying women’s voices in media and communication. Their participation in this nationally recognized initiative not only reflects their personal development but also strengthens ICU TV’s mission to foster inclusive and progressive storytelling.

Their graduation ceremony, held as part of the “Women, Words, and Wealth” conference, featured empowering keynote addresses, panel discussions, and awards celebrating excellence in leadership.

As they carry this experience forward, we are confident that Grace and Mapalo will continue to use their platforms to inspire, inform, and lead with purpose.

Congratulations once again to Grace Chipepo and Mapalo Kasama!
