Moving Train Cuts Off Man's Head

A moving train has cut off the head of a man believed to be in his mid~fifties, identified as Kobina Ackon at the Sekondi~Takoradi Metropolis in the Western region of Ghana.
Residents of Nkotompo, near the Effia~Nkwata Regional Hospital say that the head of Kobina Ackson was found in~between the rail backs in the early hours of the morning as eyewitnesses report the accident could have occured at night while he was trying to cross the rail line.
Following the limited existence of reasons for the accident, police at the Western Region say they are mounting investigations into the decapitation of Kobina as they refuse giving further details over the accident.
The accident follows several others including the chopping off of the head of a man at Takoradi in 2014 with the latest being that of a lady at Kwame Nkuruma Circle.
