LUSAMBO ASSURES INVESTORS
According to ZNBC News,
Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo has assured investors of government support so long they abide by the country’s labour laws.
The minister says investors must take advantage of Zambia’s peace and political stability.
Mr. Lusambo said this during a familiarisation tour of Marcopolo tiles limited, a subsidiary company of wonderful world group of companies in Lusaka West.
The firm has so far created 100 jobs for the locals.
And wonderful world group of companies Chairperson Huang Yaochi said Marcopolo tiles company is exporting 40 percent of its products while 60 percent is sold locally.
Mr. Yaochi said his company has so far enjoyed the business environment and is set to open another tile plant in December this year which is expected to create jobs.
