ICU Mourns the Death of Buumba Namwako

The Information and Communications University (ICU) is mourning the death of Buumba Namwako, a Third-Year Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration (Distance) student, who passed away today after an illness.

According to information shared by colleagues, Buumba had been unwell for some time and had been receiving medical care at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH). She sadly died earlier today.

Her funeral is currently being held in Choma, where family and mourners have gathered. Buumba also worked with the National Prosecution Authority (NPA), where she served with commitment.

Her passing has left classmates, friends, and members of the ICU community in shock, as many remember her dedication to her studies and work.

ICU extends its deepest condolences to her family, colleagues, and all who knew her.
