Mr. Nshinka also reveals that Mutumba Ngoyi Meda, a 30-year-old Congolese woman married to a Zambian, was convicted for unlawful possession of a Zambian NRC, concealing her identity and nationality, and residing illegally in the country, adding that she received a fine of K16,000 and a four-month prison sentence.

He further states that François Tembo, a 58-year-old Congolese refugee, was fined K20,000 and sentenced to nine months imprisonment after being found outside a designated refugee settlement without a permit.
