Exhibition "Global Transformation: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow" Opens in Brazzaville

Brazzaville, Republic of Congo – August 30, 2025. The capital of the Republic of Congo hosted the grand opening of the international exhibition “Global Transformation: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow”, organized by the GlobUS Expert Association. The event drew high-level dignitaries, cultural leaders, and the public, marking a significant cultural milestone for Brazzaville.

The ribbon-cutting was led by Ilyas Farkhadovich Iskandarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Congo. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Brazzaville Mayor’s Office, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and prominent cultural and public figures.

The exhibition immediately attracted strong public interest, with Brazzaville residents engaging enthusiastically with the displays addressing global issues of transformation and leadership.

Ambassador Iskandarov emphasized the exhibition’s symbolic role in rethinking global changes:

“The modern world is undergoing serious changes, with new centers of power emerging to replace the post-World War II order. Among them, Africa plays a fateful role. This exhibition reflects the path ‘Through the Darkness to the Light,’ highlighting the importance of spiritual strength and traditional values in turbulent times.”

Yulia Berg, founder of the GlobUS Expert Club and author of the exhibition, stressed the project’s cultural and educational mission:

“This exhibition is not just an exposition but a platform for dialogue, analysis, and solutions to global challenges. Leaders with strong will and moral responsibility play a key role in shaping a sustainable future.”

Andrey Gromov, founder of GR-group, presented the concept and future plans:

“The exhibition demonstrates the path from darkness to light, showing how past experiences shape future choices. Our generation decides whether the future lies in prosperity or stagnation. To this end, the exhibition will also host discussion clubs, lectures, trainings, and master classes over the next two weeks.”

The exhibition received wide public attention, offering a comprehensive view of global transformation processes and their impact on modern geopolitics. The initiative also symbolized closer Russian-Congolese cultural ties, fostering international dialogue on pressing global issues.

The exposition will continue in Brazzaville, giving visitors an opportunity to explore alternative perspectives on leadership, history, and the formation of a multipolar world.
