What really happened the night Osama bin Laden was killed

Rob O’Neill says he was the Seal Team Six member who shot Osama bin Laden dead, while others who took part in the mission claim that his account of the killing is not completely truthful.
The Telegraph has taken Mr O’Neill’s own accounts, those of his teammate in the mission, Matt Bissonette, and that of another unnamed operative who spoke to CNN.
For clarity’s sake, the Seal referred to as the “point man” is a still-unidentified member of the team who lead the operation.
Mr O’Neill said in a 2013 interview with Esquire magazine, in which he was referred to only as The Shooter, that the point man was the first to shoot at bin Laden when he saw him through a crack in the bedroom door.
Rob O'Neill (RO): “The point man, at that time, saw a guy on the third floor, peeking around a curtain in front of the hallway. Bin Laden was the only adult male left to find. The point man took a shot, maybe two, and the man upstairs disappeared back into a room. I didn't see that because I was looking back.”
