WARNING THE CITIZENS
Let me issue a serious friendly warning to you. You citizens who are ready to betray the nation all for the sake of your pockets. You who are ready to sale your vote, your choice, and your rights all for a bribe. I am warning you that the law will peruse you relentlessly. Do you know the extent of the damage your actions and selfish decision make? It is so deep and great that its effects touches even the future generations. It deprives society what it deserves in terms of development, it suppresses the majority of their true voice. And all this you do for your pocket, your stomach, for a bottle of salad or fifty kwacha.
You betray your nation for the sake of bribe, something that doesn’t take you anywhere but to the same situation soon after. Instead of you looking at the bigger picture, instead of looking at the future you look no further than your nose. That is what I call foolishness, in Tonga we say,’ mbufubafuba or mbuyanga’. We need to be wise and mature if we want our country to move forward. And the other thing we should not go tribal, we are one Zambia one nation regardless of the tribes we have. You must know that any nonsense you do, any low thinking, any greediness and selfishness, allow me to even use the word stupidity, it will affect not only you but the entire nation. Likewise any good decision you make, any proper decision you take, it will help the entire nation, even your children’s children.
I’m warning everyone to desist from electoral malpractice, refuse to be bribed, or by so doing you betray the nation. Next I will be warning the politicians themselves and like it or not they will hear and take my words. I will tell them off strongly and bravely, you know how I talk, you know me.
