THE WE HANDLE OURSELVES NATION
The way we will handle ourselves as a nation during and after this period matters. It will determine what kind of we nation we are. Everything we have said we are. Everything we say we are, everything we call ourselves will be proven wrong or right, true or false. If we show maturity, solidarity, togetherness, then we shall know that we are Christian nation indeed, in words and in deeds.
Let’s not be confused and act foolishly, the demise of our president must be handled maturely. And we must be able to conduct an election to choose who succeeds him. We should be in the right frame of mind for us to choose the right successor. Otherwise if we choose a wrong person, the consequences will not only affect us but may affect even the generations to come. We should ensure we listen to every candidate’s manifesto and agenda. Then we should judge soberly whether they are the right one or not.
Of course knowing whether they are right or not goes beyond just hearing what they say. Some politicians are only liars. Saying what they can’t do, so we shouldn’t be their victims. Let go in numbers and vote wisely, if we don’t will have bitten our own tails. I am strongly advising Zambians to unite and be in one accord. There shouldn’t be any division or fighting we are one Zambia and one nation.
