the lazy man

A lazy man sleeps so early and wakes up late as nine o’clock in the morning. He makes a big yon and if it’s in the cold season the sleep can continue to noon. If it’s in summer he picks a chair and seats in the tree shade. He folds his hands and relaxes the body. The only thing that disturbs him is the stomach soon its starts demanding. And he begins to yon more frequently due to hunger. How he would love to have a celebrity bite, something so nice. But where will that food came from? The lazy man contemplates. Disaster is the case in his meal bin and his wife and children are fed up. He has over burdened them. So they disperse in the morning and leave him with nothing at all.
Around this time he goes to the neighbor’s house, the aroma of good food just hit him. But the neighbors know him too. They know his lazy; he hates to work but loves to eat, he loves to freely receive but never has a thing to give. So deliberately they delay the food preparation. They would love him to leave. Unfortunately he leads their minds like always and starts up stories, endless stories.
He doesn’t mind their lack of interest to his stories and gossip. He’s determined to stay not until he eats a meal. And truly there isn’t a choice for the neighbor because he’s getting hungry too. At last they just save the food and immediately, an inner smile emanates on the lazy man’s face. His awaited moment has come, his stomach jumps. His hands rush into the food but the neighbor reminds him that the food has to be prayed for first, what if it has some poison he says jokingly. And the lazy man is the last man to be satisfied. After the meal he says one short story and leaves.
He goes to sleep for an hour or two and takes a walk around. In the evening he reminds the wife that the meal bin is empty and that the house has run out of relish. The wife looks at his face and says to herself,’’ what! a shameless man is it not me who should tell him that. I fend for my children’s well- being yet he stays home lazing around.
Such men bring the nation to its knees. They encourage poverty by not improving their own living standards and those of their families. Stop laziness work hard for lazy people neither deserves to eat nor to be helped.
