Man Cuts Off Wife's Hand After She Threatend Divorce
A disturbed insecure husband, Chen Anjun went the extreme of cutting the hand of his wife, Bing Yuqiu after she threatened a divorce.
Media reports do indicate that Chen Anjun feared his wife was having an affair and allegedly started becoming abusive against her so that when his wife, Bing Yuqiu ran away to Suzhou, east China, he managed tracking her down before leading her to Shanghai, where he committed the crime.
Chen had been married for just two days before he separated from his previous wife while Bing’s first husband died just a month after their marriage.
Chen, in confessing his crime, claimed that he had sharpened the cleaver to reduce the pain caused to his wife while he deliberately hacked at the hand several times and dumped it in the bin so the fingers couldn’t be reattached.
Bing has now filed for divorce from Chen and is suing him for damages as her husband remains locked behind bars.
