Food, Aerobics, Routine, increasing plumpness and women
By Ricky Mwakwa
The strait-laced may NOT always wonder why some men leave their own homes, make other, more homes elsewhere and incessantly cheat on their wives bringing the curiosity of “what happened to ‘till death do us part?’” into interrogative questionary.
Wives, young girls, most ladies and celebrities in the West fight their way through life maintaining their shape, size, complexion, weight, the small of their body, skin fairness etc. To them this is so important that it’s here where most of their finances are spent.
They balance their lives between work, work-outs (aerobics), dietetics, looks, etc. They make certain that they appear sexy and lovely at all times; in public and in private, in front of paparazzi or in the privacy of their shower room. They could be white or black, yellow, red or green, but they all have a certain way of life out there that most African women don’t.
Most African women will appear very plump, mostly unfair-skinned, heavy bodied, unnatural hair, huge clothes, big swollen-ish feet, an enormous belly and blob appearances characterize them in general. It is really difficult to understand the reason why and how these same women attain the conception that it is alright to be lazy and just live the rest of their lives gaining weight, is one radical and derogatory interrogative of the strait-laced.
Black is so beautiful, so why can’t it be that way, would be strait-lacedness’ interrogative. Most black women are capable of retaining their beauty if only they would pay much more attention to what they eat and do during the 24 hours of their day. By reevaluating their daily routine i.e. what they do when the wake up, breakfast and driving to work, at the office and dinner, then driving back home till bedtime. In-between their schedule they would fix in some working out time and a different diet to break that FATGAINING routine would be the western radical’s resolution to African women.
