Exercise stretches life

An online journal has observed that exercise controls weight, combats disease, improves mood , boosts energy and elongate life.
The Mayo Clinic site, www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-living adds that exercise also promotes better sleep, impacts positively on sex life and could be a fun way to spend time.
It says physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that could make an individual feel happier and more relaxed.
“You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly” the journal says.
The site also says regular physical activity could help prevent stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, certain cancer types ,arthritis and falls.
The site which recommends 30 minutes of exercise per day says men who exercise regularly are less likely have erectile dysfunction than men who do not exercise.
“Regular physical activity can lead to enhanced arousal for women,” the journal says.
The site also says regular exercise could help one sleep faster and deeply so long exercise is avoided close to bed time.
It says exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to body tissues and helps the cardiovascular system work more effectively.
It also says one could lose weight simply by choosing stairs and revving one’s domestic chores.
“If you can’t do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day in simple ways,” says the site.
